Conditions of Membership

(Fiscal Year July 1 - June 30)

1. CORPORATE MEMBSHIP - Any company or corporation engaged in the use of helicopters in the State of South Carolina whether operated for hire or strictly for private use. Also eligible for corporate membership will be maintenance and manufacturing facilities engaged in the repair, replacement, maintenance, manufacture of helicopter, components, or parts thereof. Corporate Membership will have one vote in each election or matter brought before the Association. The Corporate Member shall be limited to five (5) employees. The Corporate Member may choose voting representative. Each Corporate Member will be entitled to representation in all Association business. Annual dues for a Corporate Members will be One Hundred Fifty (150.00) dollars per year. The Corporate Member will receive the initial membership Package and an Association membership plaque. If desired, The Corporate Member may have their company's logo and name printed on Association information brochures, their literature displayed in our information booth and have their business card shown on the Association's web site with a link to their web site.


2. REGULAR MEMBERSHIP - Any rated rotorcraft/helicopter pilot or crewmember past or present that is or has been engaged in the operation of helicopters, flying for commercial, private, or military (both active and reserves). Also eligible will be mechanics or technicians qualified in the repair and maintenance of helicopters, components, or parts thereof. Regular Members will enjoy full voting privileges and all rights of membership to include the initial membership Package. Annual dues for a Regular Member will be twenty-five (25.00) dollars per year.


3. SUSTAINING MEMBERS - Any individual at least Eighteen (18) years of age interested in furthering helicopter operations in the State of South Carolina and not meeting any of the above members requirements. Sustaining Member will not have voting privileges, but will enjoy all other Association benefits including the initial membership Package. Annual dues for a Sustaining Member will be Twenty (20.00) dollars per year.
